The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, founded in 1859 by Peter Cooper, prepares talented students to make enlightened contributions to society through outstanding academic programs in architecture, art and engineering. The institution provides a challenging, interactive curriculum taught by a distinguished and creative faculty dedicated to fostering growth in a rigorous and dynamic setting.

But because their site was not-yet optimized for mobile, they were noticing a growing decline in website traffic. That’s when they reached out to the team at Darling to help update and redesign their site’s mobile navigation based on UX behavioral patterns.

The launch of their new, mobile-first framework quickly drove traffic numbers back up while also proving to boost engagement among parents of potential prospects and re-engage members of their existing student body.
