Jopwell is a growing career advancement platform for Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals. This much needed resource is also dedicated to helping companies build more effective diversity recruiting and marketing efforts.

Historically, corporate diversity initiatives have relied on partnerships with nonprofits who could only handle small-scale amounts of hiring. But by tapping the team at Darling, Jopwell was able to create a robust platform that transforms how companies view both the importance of, and the process for, accomplishing minority representation.

Today, the robust and revolutionary new platform displays job openings for startups, enterprises and non-profit organizations across the country. Some of the biggest names include Facebook, Goldman Sachs, BuzzFeed, Adobe and Mastercard.
